My name is Owen Goodwin, and I’m a Visual Development and Background Design artist with a passion for creating vibrant, story-driven worlds. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, I grew up captivated by cartoons and video games—sparking a lifelong love for imaginative, colorful environments that inspire my work today.
I’m currently studying Illustration Entertainment at ArtCenter College of Design. Having lived between the UK and California, I draw inspiration from both cultures and landscapes. My work focuses on exploring atmosphere through color, light, and composition to bring narrative spaces to life.
When I’m not painting, you can usually find me gaming or discovering new art that fuels my creativity. I’m currently seeking internship or freelance opportunities where I can contribute my skills and grow as a visual storyteller.
